Whether it’s savoury or sweet, shortcrust or dough, you’ll get the perfect thickness every time thanks to the four removable discs at either end of the pin allowing you to heighten or lower your rolling relative to the surface, and a pastry width measuring guide printed on the pin’s surface. You also have the option of removing the discs and using it as a regular old fashioned rolling pin. What more could you want? Colour choices? Well we have those too.
