    If it's our fault, we're really sorry...

    We will happily provide you with a free return, replacement or refund if your product is faulty, incorrect, not as described or damaged. This doesn’t happen very often, but mistakes do happen. Just contact us here and we’ll sort something out straight away. We’ll apologise profusely and advise you on how to send the item back to us; usually this will be by Australia Post REPLY PAID (at our expense).

    We understand that it is sometimes hard to make a purchase without actually touching and seeing a product, so that's why we've got a 100 day 'no quibbles' money back guarantee policy. If for whatever reason you're not totally delighted with your product, please return it back to us and our eight legged friends will gladly provide you with a full refund.

    However, as much as we like spaghetti Bolognese…

    we refuse to accept returned products covered in it. Same goes for baby vomit. And dog hair. Nor can products be torn, scratched or damaged. If you have had a change of heart, we can only accept your product if it’s in its original packaging and in resalable condition. Also returning stuff from other shops will not fly. Sorry not sorry.
